Product has been fine. We unwrapped the fridge upon delivery. The protective skin barrier was all over fridge with a foam padding, except in one area. The right door had foam padding, but left a strip of adhesive on the door because there was no skin protection under it. I have call customer service a couple of times. Wanted to know what to use to remove adhesive. Mild Soap with warm water and microfiber cloth. Then was told olive oil. Here we are, still have adhesive on our $4k refrigerator.

Beautiful refrigerator. I selected the black matte finish with brushed bronze hardware. I love all the features, especially the autofill water pitcher. The matte finish doesn™€™t show every single smudge and fingerprint. I love the sleek and modern design that goes well with my current stainless steel appliances. The interior LED Lighting is well-lit and everyone always remarks about it and loves it when they see it. The fridge is very well planned and has ample storage with a place for everything. The flex drawer in is perfect for a variety of uses and it has gallon storage in the doors. It™€™s a smart fridge and you can use it to control the temperature. I™€™m very happy with it and am planning on purchasing the matching wall oven.

It has only been a full day since our refrigerator was installed. The process from order to installation was great. Communication clear. They arrived in the estimated window and called 30 minutes prior to arrive as promised. There was a bit of clean up on our end but that is usual. We are happy with our purchase from start to finish.

Had this fridge for a week. We get so many compliments. I dud the matte with brushed bronze and have stainless appliances in my kitchen (for now) it really blends seamlessly. The shelving is great and so much door space. I love the auto fill pitcher inside the door as well. Next version they should have nugget ice as an option.

We bought this GE Cafe refrigerator and a full set of GE Cafe appliances, stove/range, dishwasher, microwave, and they all do not function properly The freezer doesn™€™t freeze it makes load noises the dishwasher doesn™€™t empty water the stove has soot from the out of control gas flames I DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THEY DONT CARE

When the product was out of the box I noticed a small square opening in the bottom corners of the sides of the refrigerator. i determined one side was air intake and the other side was exhaust. This is very poor engineering, as the unit needs to expel as much heat as possible. With this set up and the typical space allowed in openings in the kitchen available to a refrigerator, the unit will not function properly and it's life cycle will suffer greatly. I had to drill holes into my cabinets to allow for air movement for the cooling fan. What designers did here is unacceptable.

We replaced a 21 year old side by side built-in with the 23 cu. ft. Cafe French door with pull out freezer and convertible temp drawer (which we keep cheese and sandwich meats and use to slowly defrost meat). It™€™s a big change but we love the flexibility of shelves and the width in the refrigerator and quickly got used to the bottom freezer, which also provides a lot of flexibility with two pull-out shelves. Icemaker works great and the auto-fill water pitcher is terrific when making coffee or tea. Even though our old built-in had a greater capacity, the french-door style allows for for more efficient use of space so we don™€™t notice it. Temps throughout seem perfect. And the black finish and backlit interior is so cool, we love the look. The only drawback I™€™ve noticed is there isn™€™t any lighting in the freezer, but since it™€™s a pull-out drawer that™€™s not too much of an issue because the kitchen lighting is usually sufficient. Only had for three weeks so I don™€™t know how energy efficient it but I™€™ll bet it™€™s more efficient than our old one.

We've had our GE Cafe Refrigerator about 2 weeks and have been very pleased. For a counter depth refrigerator, the refrigerator is well laid out and spacious. We have been very pleased with the drawer and the flexibility to control temp separately in the drawer including the soft freeze option. Refrigerator has been quiet. Our last refrigerator lasted 25 years - we'll see how long this one lasts

We purchased the 23.2 cu ft Cafe refrigerator and have only had it a day. It did arrive with a dent in the left front panel which will be replaced. That was disappointing. So far, we love the large refrigerator area and the back light. The water pitcher is a huge plus! The second chiller drawer is so versatile and adds that extra space. Great purchase so far.
