This is my first time to try the Frigidaire brand of dishwashers. I™™ve always had Kitchen Aid or Whirlpool before. But after LOTS of research ,I decided the Frigidaire dishwasher I bought would satisfy Goldilocks and me. This dishwasher is so quiet compared to my last one, and it runs so much quicker, what a time saver! We were able to wash the dirty pans in there also and everything was spotless. I did buy this model sight unseen and the upper tray is shorter than my old one so I can't fit my tall water bottles in there. But the bottom is roomy, and I've loved everything else!

Compared to our 23 year old former dishwasher this one has trouble getting the rack back in without coming off the track, standing the smaller dishes we used to stack up in the top rack without them getting stuck so you can't close the rack, and the door doesn't stay open you have to hold it while trying to load dishes at the same time. Then they all bang together when you try to push the rack back straight. It's serviceable when it's running but it is difficult to load.

I got this dishwasher a couple of weeks ago. I really wanted a front control option, as my last dishwasher had the top controls, which caused a lot of problems over time. This one actually dries the dishes, instead of leaving those annoying puddles on the tops of some cups. I was worried it would be most, but it's not too loud at all. I wish the bottom rack stayed put somehow, because my teenagers are constantly knocking it off track while loading the dishes. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I was recommended this simpler model with more of a minimal electronic interface by a local appliance store because they see the top control panels causing a lot of issues that just don't occur with the front control models.

Really, what more is there to say? That's why I bought it -- to clean my dishes -- and it does that well so far. It's also nice and quiet. The interior, though, being dark gray is not unlike looking into the depths of a cave.

Bought the first Frigidaire , it was delivered 2/27/25 and set up, within in minutes it leaked all over the kitchen floor, a replacement was delivered 3//6/25, it was damaged , on 3/19 third dishwasher delivered, it leaked all over my kitchen floor. 4/21/25 Home Depot sends two tech's to examine dishwasher, they told me dishwasher was defective. 4/23/25 Frigidare sends their tech and he tell me nothing is wrong...... Needless to say I'm expecting to have to replace my new floor and deal with mold.

Bought this to replace an old Samsung that wasn™™t getting my dishes clean and the price was right. The Samsung was very quiet, so when this one said standard decibels in the description, I figured it would be loud, but it isn™™t. In fact it may be quieter than the old one! I like that the color of the inside is a dark grey, almost black.I™™ve only had the dishwasher for two weeks, but so far I love it. Definitely recommend this dishwasher!

As far as the appliance goes the dishwasher does a good job. The only 2 things that could had been better is the buttons and the bottom tray where the plates sit the prongs that hold them could had been longer so the plates wouldn™™t fall forward every time the tray is pulled out all the way.

My 15-year-old Maytag dishwasher finally gave out. I wanted a less expensive model since I'll be selling my home within a couple of years. I purchased the dishwasher in February 2025. From the very beginning, the 4-hour delay didn't work. I'm following the instructions although they are not well written. Also, selecting one button that has multiple options is a horrible feature (as opposed to one button, one feature). I should have spent a couple hundred more dollars to get a better/upgraded model.
