Overall the dishwasher seems to be working okay, but one of the issues we are having since the beginning is the start button. It is very difficult to engage the start button. It will lol finally engage but it typically takes 2 to 3 times pushing it before it will engage. I would think with a brand new dishwasher that this should not be the case.

First time to write a negative review. This dish is less that three years old and it is not used everyday. It is already rusted. Not safe to use. I would like this company to contact me and please replace these two racks, I have called twice and no assistance. Please take the time to possibly acknowledge that maybe these racks did not get the proper amount of sealant to prevent rust and replace these racks. I thank you kindly

After our much more expensive kitchen aid dishwasher bit the dust we found a great deal on the Frigidaire. This dishwasher works great and is very quiet and our dishes are sparkling clean! We love our new Frigidaire dishwasher!

Purchased in May 2022, Installed in February 2023. Replaced a 12 year old Kenmore bought by wife. Owners manual does not match product very well. Upper basket binds approx 9 inches from the extreme ends of travel, Upper basket does not hold as many dishes and glasses, & more noise than Kenmore. I have a 21year old Frigidaire in the spare kitchen that is much better than the new one, but it is used less than15 times a year. I have noticed that tall glasses appear to be foggy and not clean.

I just bought my dishwasher so I don't know what to say other than so far so good. My dishes came out very clean and I'm very happy about that. My last dishwasher lasted over 10 years so I'm hoping for similar results.

Good basic dishwasher. Nothing exceptional...nothing bad. Quiet enough for a partially enclosed kitchen. In a completely open concept living/dining/kitchen it might be too loud. Does exactly what it is supposed to do...gets dishes clean AND dry. Before installing, make sure ALL of the electrical connections are tight. The first time I used it I discovered the arms did not spin, probably because water was not being pumped through. After troubleshooting I decided to check the electrical connections and one was loose. Pushed it together and everything works fine.

I love my new Frigidaire dishwasher. It holds many more dishes than my old one. The interior color is great. The stationary door is a plus. And it is so quiet I forget it is running. BTW I am 77 years old.

Very satisfied for the most part. It™™s very quiet and does its cleaning job well. For me there are 2 I would say minor issues, one being the start/cancel button, sometimes it doesn™™t cooperate as to whether or not you want it to start or to cancel, the other issue is the bottom rack not having some sort of stop to prevent the back of the rack dropping down.Overall a good little unit for the price.

The dishwasher was nearly impossible to start when I first had it installed. After allowing it to run several times, the START button was activated correctly. It cleans the dishes very well. It is quieter than any dishwasher I've owned.

WE installed it ourself and the fit was perfect, and the height adjustable feet on the bottom made possible to get a perfect height for the install, and was very simple to install. I had a repairman in already. I can™™t get the start button to work all the time. The man said I have 5 seconds to hit the start button, if too many tries, I have to restart the breaker. So upset!!

I bought this on 4/24. The ground wire burnt out. Sparks flew. Thank God my breaker switch went off or my house would habe caught on fire. Called for service last Thursday and was told someone would call me in 48 hours. It is now Monday and no call. Poor dishwasher and service with an extended warranty I pair extra for. I need a new dishwasher.

I recently renovated my kitchen and replaced my 20 year old DW, just because I felt it was time to upgrade. The new one was delivered on Jan 11, and installed 10 days later by my contractor.When I attempted to wash a full load of dishes, I discovered that the front control panel of lights is not working. All the lights blink, then the Heavy load button stays on. None of the push buttons work. I called Lowe™™s which is where I purchased it. They said since I didn™™t report the problem within 48 hours, they will do nothing. The referred me to the manufacturer. After several phone calls, they had a local repair company call me back to set up a service call for this coming week.So not only have I been without a DW for over a month, i amt going to have to wait longer for parts or a replacement, which I™™m not happy about, since it™™ll mean uninstalling it from my brand new kitchen. And I have no faith that this DW will continue to work very long.I will wait until the service person tells me what can be done before writing reviews, and you bet, they™™ll be good ones.In a nutshell, I™™m sorry I gave up my old, noisy, but reliable DW, and I will never buy, nor recommend, a Frididaire appliance to anyone.

After about 18 months the unit stopped working. It took several techs to find out that the door had pinched and broken some wires inside. One tech said this was common for this dishwasher. Recently we had to replace some other electronic parts. The unit would not complete a cycle. The unit (when it is working) does a good job. If it needs any other repairs we will replace it with another brand.

It runs quietly. It cleans the dishes well, but heavily soiled material does not come off. You do have to rinse the dishes first, especially dried on food.

I absolutely love my dishwasher. I guess I'm more in love with the fact that I don't have to MANUALLY wash dishes anymore at 55! The one thing I'm not in love with is having ro MASH the buttons on the machine. It appears they aren't aligned properly. I'm having to press the buttons so hard it causes my fingers to actually hurt.??

Recently purchased this dishwasher December 17, 2023. Since this date within one week the sensor board panel has to be replaced. February 09,2023 we are still waiting to have this service fixed. I have to run the hot water to the extreme then slam the door to get the dishwasher to go on. The bottom basket that holds your dishes etc. When pulled out to load and the pushed back into the dishwasher. It has to be lifted to put the rollers back on the track. This is a horrible dishwasher and recommend not purchasing this unit. It is a very unsatisfactory dishwasher. Don't buy one!
