Igniter replaced 4 days after purchase of gas range.

I shopped around & compared many brands and models of gas ranges for months before deciding on this one. It had all the features I wanted plus more. 4 days after it was installed the oven stopped working. Frigidaire sent a repairman the next day who determined the Igniter was broken and replaced it. I really love this range and hope there aren't any future problems. This is my first Frigidaire Appliance purchase.

I went shopping for a dishwasher and ended up getting a new kitchen. My range was ok, but it was pushing 18yrs old and I knew if I didn™€™t replace it now Murphy™€™s Law would kick in and I™€™d be back at the store later.I love the no-preheat feature and feel that when cooking the heat is more even than my prior range. Everything is easy to use/follow even for someone that literally had a range that could only bake, broil, and cook!! Cleaning is a snap. Everything breaks down nicely so you can get to the splatters and food debris easily. The style is on point too - I looked at other brands with similar features/price but felt they looked like stainless steel blocks. This gallery series looks great and the black stainless has a clean finished look and isn™€™t an eyesore of silver in the kitchen (just my opinion).

I've been using the new range for a week. It has some issues. The front knobs are very easy to accidently turn on. If you reach over them they turn just enough to let gas out but not enough to ignite. So now I'm more careful reaching over. The middle grill is a waste, too small for family use. Sandwiches are fine, but not big enough for pancakes. The set up of the grates is odd. Because of the middle griddle, the other burners aren't centered. The grates are very heavy.The oven is fine so far. Still learning how all the different things work with that, Convection, Airfryer, Regular, probe.

The range is excellent! I didn™€™t think we would end up using the middle griddle section, but I was wrong. My wife loves it! The whole unit looks very professional and stylish. We also love the black stainless steel color. The one downside that my wife had complained about is how raised up the burner grates are. They do obviously get hot and it can be easier to accidentally touch one.

Love this gas oven range. Very easy installation. Black stainless steel looks very nice. I like the touch panel, very user friendly. Oven has many options and cooks evenly on all. Haven't used the air fryer yet only because I already have one. Griddle is on the small size but works for the 2 of us. Again I have a larger griddle when needed. Very happy with my purchase.

Can a stove be sexy? My new Frigidaire stove is a beauty. I love the style and professional look. The center griddle is a nice feature and I bought the additional grill which allows me to trade out the griddle and have the entire stove top covered with grills-love the look! And the oven works great. There are several features I haven™€™t used yet but I baked bread the other day and it came out perfect. I™€™m so happy with my new Frigidaire appliances!

Beautiful stove but fan is loud

We replaced a 23 yr old gas stove with this Frigidaire gallery. It cooks and bakes beautifully and looks great. My only complaint is the oven fan. It™€™s rather loud and is an unpleasant pitch. It runs any time the oven is in whether convection or not. And it stays on for awhile after the oven is shut off while it™€™s cooling down. So when I bake a nice dinner and we are sitting at the table eating we have to listen to this unpleasantly pitched fan in the background. I™€™m not sure if that™€™s just the way ovens are made now or if it™€™s specific to this stove - I wish we could™€™ve heard it in the showroom.

This range is absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with the air fryer basket for the oven. Ypu would think if your selling it as having an air fryer you'd have the basket come with instead of making people purchase it for an additional $60.

While we have had it for less than three weeks, I can confidently say that we love our new 30" Gas Range! First off, the design is appealing and modern looking and fits with the rest of appliances I have. More importantly, the cooking performance is top-notch. The total convection feature seems to really work with this stove, as it ensures even cooking - we already baked a birthday cake and couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're in the market for a new gas range, this one is worth checking out. My sister-in-law purchased the same model and she is very grateful for our recommendation.

Griddle stained after one use!

My husband and I both love using the large burner for cooking. Everything cooks so much faster compared to our old stove. The only issue was when using the griddle for the first time. I cooked a grilled cheese on night one and the butter stained the griddle. So now the griddle looks dirty even though it is not. Because it now looks so bad, I tried to order a middle grate instead of the griddle. Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe™€™s were all unable to find the proper grate. And On Best Buy™€™s website (where I purchased the stove) under the Q&A for this stove it states this stove comes with both the griddle and interchangeable center grate. Buyer beware, it does not!
