quality seems to be good. one thing to check if installing this yourself... be sure you check depth. It's not an issue but even though this unit is approx. 30 inches wide, it is almost two inches deeper. I assumed 30 inch wide unit would all be the same depth, that's incorrect.

We have had it less than a year. It has never worked right. They have been out here 5 times and it still does not work. We just waited 2 week for an appointment, then 3 weeks for parts, and today they tell me that he found more melted wires, it is a fire hazzard, keep it unpluged untill they come back in a few weeks with a new wiring harness and other parts. None of the technitions they have sent have ever worked on this model before and their tech line did not have a clue.

I haven't had the machine long enough to pen a comprehensive review but of what I have seen thus far is quite impressive. The interior is absolutely cavernous and the controls are simple yet elegant. I love that all that wasted space behind the typical control panel has been reclaimed for a more useful purpose. But, probably the best feature is its versatility™€"microwave, oven, convection cooking and air fryer™€"truly unheard of until now.

Microwave is very intuitive and design function for the controls. Really does a great job reheating foods. The addition of having an air fryer, convection cooking, and keep warm mode helps during family gatherings helps tremendously in preparing, cooking, and keeping foods warm while the oven and stovetop are also being utilized.

The repair service for my microwave has just left and the answer I have is that it cannot be repaired. They tell me that the equipment was taken out of production and that is why they cannot repair it. They say they will refund the cost of the service, but they will charge me for the visit and the problem is mine. In short, I spent thousands of dollars for a unit that lasted a little over a year and they also charge me more than one hundred dollars to tell me to buy another one. I spent thousands of dollars to have it and I bought that brand because of the "prestige" it had for me. I feel cheated. I demand that FRIGIDAIRE respond for this sale that was clearly wrong. I demand a prompt response. I do not want delaying tactics to be used against the patience of a client to resolve the problem out of exhaustion.

I have had this for less than two months and I discovered that when the convection indicates the preheating is over and the temp is at 400 degrees, the real temp is around 300, plus if you don't put your food in immediately, the temperature cools off. I had a service person come over to work on it and I was told that there was no adjustment to correct it and it would take about an hour for the temperature to reach the 400 degree mark, if it ever did. So why did it indicate 400 when it was only 300???This makes the convection part of the unit unusable which is totally unacceptable to me.

I was looking to replace my failing (27 year old) Whirlpool microwave and Frigidaire Gallery was my brand of choice. The microwave fit my 30" space perfectly, looks great and matches my other Gallery appliances. The unit is LARGE on the inside and not only is a great microwave but is also a convection oven and air fryer. The keypad is integral with the door and looks really modern and high tech. The interior lighting is excellent, as is the LED lighting on the bottom that illuminates the cook top. The ventilator moves a lot of air too. Two thumbs up!

Microwaves are common. So many manufacturers, so many choices. What difference does it make which brand you purchase? While it is correct there are so many to select from and they all do the same basic function of quickly heating food, what is the real bottom line - Service and Quality! Quality is easier to evaluate. You can see the unit before purchasing (unless you do everything remotely via the internet). Service is based on customer/vendor interactions. Interactions from the selection to the installation, to extended usage. While the microwave in review is new, hence no extended time of usage, the service up to date has been exceptional. We do not expect to need to interact with anyone relate to the microwave, we expect the microwave to operate for YEARS. So it is the front end service which can be evaluated. We are VERY SATISIFIED with all aspects of service received from Frigidaire.

I bought a Frigidaire set refrigerator microwave dishwasher and stove many years ago and I bought a warranty for each product. I still have each product, but the microwave had a few glitches that Frigidaire after so many times the microwave was unrepairable and Frigidaire replaced it they replaced it with new model. It is absolutely beautiful, no cost to me. I am so glad that Frigidaire stands behind their product and I love my new microwave. I got an air fryer added on no cost to me also thanks again.

This is simply the cheapest and poorest quality products. Unforutunetly installed by the builder. Broke Gast Stove, Microwave like in less than 3 months of usuage.We bought a Lennar homes, and this came as a brand new appliances installed. We have used other appliances but this far is the most horrible queslityMicrowave broke, Gas Stove one burner is not working. The technicans can only come after 3-4 weeks, what kind of product service is this

I was a bit hesitant to by a combo unit with the Microwave and Air Fryer together. Usually having the air Fryer built in makes the microwave space smaller, but this is not the case with this model. Plenty of room and works great! the front touch panel is also very "sensitive" to the touch which is nice because you don't have to break a finger trying to get the buttons to work. Overall, VERY happy with our decision on the Microwave/AirFryer!

We originally purchased a new Kitchenaid microwave/air fryer combo. It had problems from the very beginning and we tried to have it, either fixed or replaced under the warranty after having it for 3 weeks. Whirlpool, who is their parent company had horrible service and we returned the microwave. We got this Frigidaire microwave/air fryer, to get away from dealing with Whirlpool. This unit looks great and works perfectly and was almost $400.00 cheaper than the Kitchenaid one.

I have cooked several items and they turned out great. The no stick rack and air fry pan cleaned up great in dishwasher. The interior is attractive and easy to clean.
