Propane conversion kit issue

We purchased this stove through a home improvement retailer. The stove required a propane conversion which the kit was included, however, the instructions stated if the installation was above 6,000' elevation it required a special kit. The part number listed does not exist. After weeks of customer service we finally received the kit which consisted of miscellaneous orifices with no instructions. We finally used the standard propane kit which seems to work fine. After seven weeks we finally get to use the stove!

I can not say how much I appreciate this range. I am NOT a high tech cooking snob, -- but I cook a LOT. So we have this range set up for lp gas, as we are in the "country" and require propane gas. It works fine, no issues. I had an older range previously and just put off upgrading till we could do the entire kitchen. First off, it is a BREEZE to keep clean. My other range was older enamel white and no way could it be totally cleaned as some of the enamel was damaged by frequent scrubbing over many years. The gas heating efficiency of the GE burners are exemplary. You turn those babies on and they get to hot cooking right off. That is spectacular. I am not an engineer, but I know that I am cooking more efficiently now than with my older stove. The oven works spectacularly. Cooks evenly and seems to be very efficient. I would highly recommend this stove, would not make a second choice even now as we have had it for about 5 months already. I am a "canner", do jams and relishes and the stove top is awesome for my products. The grates on the stove top are strong and sturdy, they support the heaviest pressure canner you can have for home use. And again, clean up is easy and spotless. Well, I am talked out, ,this is a great product, would not trade it for the most luxury hotsy totsy cook stove-- WHY? this is what works!! You will not be sorry.

I really love it. It cooks everything so evenly and even faster. The size, GE profile fits perfectly in my kitchen. My only thing I am slightly disappointed in is the storage shelf on the bottom of the stove. It™™s awkward to open without a handle like my last GE profile had. The top middle burner is nice but I order an extra cast iron matching grate. I liked that look better. I keep the included grill/flat top in the storage drawer for when I want to use it. All in all I™™m looking forward to using air fryer option. Haven™™t used it yet. A great stove GE PROFILE

This is my first ever stove top purchase because the ones I've gotten when I've bought a house have been durable. I don't do a lot of cooking so I can't speak to how well it does when cooking x number of meals a day, week, month etc but I can say that I love this stove. I do not cook nearly as much as I did when my husband was alive as a lot of food goes to waste. Things to file under "silly" - If I turn the stove on, chances are I'm in the kitchen so not sure why I "need" the notification on my phone that the stove has come up to temperature.

Tocu panel not working all the time

We had the oven installed in December 2025 and we're happy with it. The one thing that I am having trouble with is the touch panel. There are times when the timer button doesn't work. I'll start the oven to pre-heat and when ready and food has been placed in, I try to set the timer and it won't activate. Other times, it works by barely touching it. I've tried different sequences thinking that the timer will only work after the oven or stove has been turned on...but those tests proved inconclusive. Just wondering what I'm missing before I call for a repair.

Very happy with the range so far, we've had it less than a week. Both the oven and burners heat up fast and efficiently and I like most of the features (but I don't plan on using the Wi-Fi feature...). We are replacing an older gas range(1989 Kenmore, 36 years old) that was a simple range but a fine champion, work horse in our kitchen and hated to see it go. We hope we have that wonderful longevity with our new GE Profile as we did with our old Kenmore. We just wish that we could have purchased a new gas range with plain, simple features including a non-digital control board (manual dial only) and even would pay more for that if it was available. We feel that simplicity is the best and best for longevity of the product. Thank you.

I love my new gas range! It has so many features that weren™™t available when we bought our last one. It™™s a convection oven that has a no preheat air fry setting so I have more counter space & it takes way less time to cook frozen fries or a frozen pizza with the no preheat pizza mode. I really appreciate that it™™s got an enamel tray that™™s simple to take out & clean if something bubbles over, that & the steam clean option make it so easy to keep it looking new. The 5th burner in the middle of the stove is perfect for any odd shaped pots or pans. It sears pot roasts & steaks perfectly, I™™ve been baking more because my old oven ran wayyy over temperature, I can actually trust the baking times in recipes now. My favorite part is that it™™s a smart range that works with Alexa, I can tell it to start preheating without going near the kitchen. It™™s a really nice range, totally recommend.

I was so excited to get this gas stove and air fryer!!! I just moved into a brand new home without appliances so I couldn™™t believe it. It features a sleek design and seems to be very sturdy build. My favorite features are the grill, griddle, and easy clean oven. The grill makes perfect grill marks on steaks, the griddle is perfect for pancakes, bacon, omelets, and grill cheese sandwiches (the list of possibilities is endless), and the pull out oven tray makes cleaning spills simple. This stove replaced a 5 year old model but the no preheat and air fryer technology surpassed our old stove by leaps and bounds. We put pizzas and other items in without preheating and it saves time. When we make chicken nuggets using the air fryer setting, they really are crispier. We don't have an air fryer to compare it to but it is better than a regular baking oven. The one downside I will add is that there is a "power boil" feature but it doesn't seem to boil water in my tea kettle any faster. It is Still slow. My husband is super annoyed by the buttons and says they are difficult to press in just the right way to get them to work. The stove itself looks super sleek and nice and is fingerprint resistant. There are no smudges from my one and three year olds who touch it often. There is a center griddle which looks nice and seems like a great idea but it seems like it will be too difficult to clean. The oven has a self cleaning setting like most ovens do but this one has a water reservoir that you fill and then it uses that steam to help clean. Also the bottom of the oven is removable for easy cleaning.

The setup of this stove was very easy, you just install the app and you are good to go. We love the features that allow us to control this stove from anywhere on our mobile devices. These ergonomics allow us to shut the stove off while watching a movie or from the car if we forget. My favorite maintenance feature is the steam cleaning function - as a pet owner and mom of a newborn baby, I can't risk any chemicals in the air.

When I pulled the tape off the knobs of my range, the "Stainless steel" looking paint came off 4 of the 5 knobs. I did a complaint on line. They said they would connect me to a technician but it would cost 5.00 to speak to them. I would get my money back. I got a page where they wanted my credit card number so I could enter a request for new knobs. This was an expensive wifi, air fryer, bottom tray. Why would you make knobs that peel?

Going from a regular electric stove to a gas stove was not as much of a headache as I thought it would be. With the extra features, like conventional cooking, air frying, etc. this stove has been better than I ever imagined it would be. I've only had it installed almost 2 weeks and I've cooked on it every single day since. I really enjoy the smart home feature of the stove because I can have my Google and Alexa control it, especially when I want it to begin preheating. I've slid and slammed pots and pans on the grates and they are holding up really well to usage. I received this product as complementary for an honest review. I had older model of GE gas range which was working great but this gas range takes it to 10 folds in level of functionality. The over all setup took less than 30 mins which included removing old range, installing new one set up wifi connection with home wifi. Wifi app is amazing which provides extra added features. No preheat pizza and no preheat air fry are added funtions.functions. you can turn on or off oven from wifi app. Also convaction oven cooks/bakes food faster and evenly. If you are in market of a gas range, this is the product you want.
