Good selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff and my go to before making a trip to a chain store..also love having a hardware place where a knowledgeable person can help you (like the good ol' days).....if you are making a special trip for something specific, would recommend calling ahead to make sure it is in stock/they carry it....

Excellent overall experience with a family owned business. Price was clear up front. Bought a washer and dryer. Installers were prompt, polite, and finished quickly while taking extreme care. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
